The 5th day of the protests in Madison brought out the Tea Party with a rally on the east side of the Capital. Potential 2012 Republican candidate Herman Cain as well as Andrew Breitbart were the headline speakers. Other speakers included Vicki McKenna, Jim "Gateway Pundit" Hoft, Joe the Plumber and Dave Westlake.

After the rally, the group left and mixed directly with the union protesters who were circling the Capitol. No altercations, but there were some heated discussions.
