Camera Used: Fuji X100s

It wouldn't be right to not do a sushi photo-a-day! I go out for sushi 1-2 times per week, so documenting my favorite lunch seems appropriate. (I believe this was my 205th check-in here on 4square!)

Shown here is one of my typical orders: 3 rolls, salmon with avocado, California roll (imitation crab and avocado) and then Unagi which is freshwater eel. Miso soup comes before this, and I can get in and out of here in about 20 minutes. Good and fast!
