The new X-Box360 Kinect is an excellent and inexpensive new platform for in-home exercise and working out. Only problem is, if you were to actually die during your workout, the only help you can expect is your trainer yelling 'out of rhythm' at you. Brutal! (note: I am the collapsed blue lump on the floor)
