Living in suburbia, you don't often look out your window and see a horse go strolling by... But tonight, 2 of Madison's finest were patrolling the neighborhood as they do from April to November (picking a different neighborhood each night). It was more of a PR move for them, as after about 10 minutes, 1/2 of the neighborhood was out chatting and taking pictures with them. Cool idea.
