Went out for the best sushi dinner of my life tonight, at the world renown Tojo's in Vancouver. The image was originally going to be of the head chef, Mr. Tojo (who created the California roll!) but unfortunately, he left before I went up to take his picture.

What is in this picture is the best piece of salmon sashimi I've ever had, which is on the left side of the plate. Great flavor and melts in your mouth. We had the Omakase menu and it was fabulous (though pricey).
