It has been said that Wisconsin has 2 seasons: Winter and Road Construction. But I was surprised when this road near my home was tore up this late in the year. It looks like it's going to be awhile before they get this project completed... I especially like the big road basher thing blocking the way making sure you don't drive down the gravel path to nowhere.
