Today I gave my presentation at the SPECIES F-secure conference in Helsinki, Finland on best practices for increasing product activation rates. The stage setup was excellent with professionals running audio, video and the cameras--easy and fun presenting in that type of atmosphere.

In this shot, I'm apparently showing the audience my kung fu skills. It's odd having a 12-foot version of yourself looming above you while you speak.

Thanks to Morgan MacDonald for taking this picture during my presentation!
