Photo-a-day #272: September 29, 2011 - Mr. Free & The Satellite Freakout

Photo-a-day #272: September 29, 2011 - Mr. Free & The Satellite Freakout

I've seen a lot of bands over the years, but Mr. Free & The Satellite Freak Out is definitely one of the most bizarre. For starters, the singer was dressed like he worked a 12-hour roofing job, slept in his clothes, and then did another day of roofing followed up by playing this show. Thirty seconds into the first song, Mr. Free left the stage and walked into the bathroom, still singing the entire time. With his 100' mic cord, he walked all over the bar climbing on various items. The roadie mentioned the night earlier he actually left the bar during a song and went to sing Karaoke next door--singing in his mic the entire time his band was playing (obviously not together).

This shot is of Mr. Free simply in the middle of the bar holding this pose (for an unknown reason), wearing his 'roofing' clothes.
